What constitutes ONP's Code of Conduct?
Our Code of Conduct provides a clear and concise statement of ONP's mission and values, while also covering a comprehensive guidelines outlining specific behaviors and actions that are expected of our employee. With our Code of Conduct we address industry-specific compliance and reflect applicable regulations while we outline consequences of violating any of our policies.
Our Code of Conduct is not only communicated clearly and effectively to all our ONP team members but also to our business partners and clients.
We encourage our employees and business partners to speak up when they identify unethical or non-compliant behavior. For ease of being able to comply with the set guidelines our Code of Conduct provides for clear instructions on reporting and defines information for whom to contact, explaining what will happen once a complaint is filed.
