For the development of the business unit “Green Hydrogen” at our headquarter in Hamburg, we are currently seeking a Project Engineer Green Hydrogen.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the ONP service portfolio and acquire new project opportunities.
• Shape the ONP business unit “Green Hydrogen” by expanding our network, attending conferences and initiating contact with industry representatives.
• Analyze and evaluate technological, economic, and regulatory developments in the green hydrogen market.
• Support our team in green hydrogen project development activities from planning to coordination to realization.
• Be actively involved in the project development process, including conception, design, fabrication, installation, and operation phase.
• Lead meetings and negotiations with stakeholders such as project partners, investors, and authorities.

Key Requirements & Experience

• A University degree in engineering (Dipl.-Ing Uni/FH, B.Sc./M.Sc. or similar).
• Professional experience in project development, preferably in the field of renewable energies (offshore wind, onshore wind, solar energy).
• Ideally, you have a basic understanding of the hydrogen value chain (production, storage, transport, offtake, downstream).
• To work in an international project environment, you are fluent in German and English.
• You achieve optimal results by working systematically, independently and in a structured manner.
• You are a team player that communicates openly and has a solution-oriented approach.
• You have a friendly, positive, and confident disposition or demeanor.
• You are experienced in using MS Office and project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
