New Consulting Consortium for Offshore Wind and Hydrogen

Established northern German consulting and engineering companies have joined forces. Their ambition: a one-stop shop for developers and investors in offshore wind and hydrogen.

According to their own statements, seven renowned planners and consultants from northern Germany in the fields of offshore wind energy and hydrogen have founded the consortium “AquaConsult.” The goal is to advise developers and investors as a single point of contact during any project phase: from strategy development to financing including tenders, funding, risk and insurance management, planning, project development, regulation, all the way to permitting, construction, and operations management.

Partners of AquaConsult are: Cruh 21, ONP Management, Tractebel Overdick GmbH, Impact Funding Europe, Deutsche Windtechnik, Nordwest Assekuranz, and INP Infrastructure. According to their own mission, they are committed to the scale-up of offshore wind and hydrogen, zero-emission energy generation, and the added operational and economic value this creates. The service portfolio also includes the search for project partners and energy offtakers as well as the facilitation of consortia.
